The two most common symptoms:

High BP: headache

Low BP: Dizziness


However, these symptoms are due to things other than BP can be attributed.

Ive had have low blood pressure me into this pregnancy and suffered from dizziness, headaches and weakness.
High blood pressure is all that I know that headache.
